At Nova Glore, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of wellness products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used wellness products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet eligibility criteria.

6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, based on availability and customer preference

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be covered only in cases of defective or incorrect items

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
